CANCELLATION POLICY- YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE AND DOES NOT GO TOWARDS YOUR TATTOO TOTAL . IT IS A DESIGNING FEE TO COVER COSTS OF ME DESIGNING YOUR TATTOO WHILE IM HOME WITH MY FAMILY. - Rescheduling or canceling must be 48 hours before appointment or another deposit/cancellation fee will be required. for example: if you cancel the day before/of you will have to pay another deposit that will act as your cancellation fee before rescheduling. this is in place because this is my income and how i feed my family. -At your appointment, a 15 minute grace period is offered. If you are later than 15 minutes to your appointment your appointment will be canceled and another deposit will be required to rebook. Please be courteous and send a text or Instagram message if you are going to be late to your appointment. -Same day cancellations will be required to pay another deposit to be rescheduled or a cancellation fee. - after booking I will create a profile for you via square using information provided on contract/questionnaire so I am able to send reminder texts, card info is required to create profile. -Same day no call/ no show will be charged 50% off the minimum for the appointment not including the deposit. - Same day cancellations and no call/ no show touch up appointments will forfeit the free touch up and a fee will be required for another touch -Deposit is only applicable if appointment is rescheduled (not canceled) 48 hours prior to appointment. Canceling results in losing deposit. -Appointments can be rescheduled twice, after that a new deposit is required.
